The state of michigan medically kidnapped maryland residents

Due to a lack of transparency

A year ago, rural Michigan County (Saginaw) put me jail under a false identity for parking tickets and contempt of court. All while my kidnapped son's sexual abuse on school grounds was being concealed.

There is a generation that needs to evolve their thinking and advocate for children. At least tolerate people who advocate for children.

This old fashion Michigan culture reveres all authority as infallible (elected officials, doctors, priest, teachers, ...) and reprimands children for not doing the same.

Is it a good idea that providers seeking to avoid liability have unrestricted, non-revokeable privacy protection over minors? My son (co-victim of the 2012 Saginaw Sponsored kidnapping) has now fallen victim again of similar negligence.

  • courts can require banks to perform address verification on their clients.
  • ??? can require courts to perform address verification on their Summons?

This office received a court order not to medicate my 7 year old son. This office informed my attorney that they would honor my advanced directive and not prescribe any medicine without my prior consent. As a result, when care is transitioned, I (as the father) am impeded from providing the complete patient history to my child's providers just because the doctor has shorter term goals of avoiding liability. Should this much privacy be afforded to a practice (or any other for that matter) that might be potentially prescribing other drugs improperly?
